- Sl No. 1 to 4 : Fee covers participation in the events on 5th and 6th November, paper presentations/ delegate fee, lunch, tea breaks, pre-conference workshop, participation in Gala dinner
 - Sl. No. 5 and 6: Fee does not cover participation to Pre-confernce workshop, Gala dinner and Technical visit.
 - Member from ANQ member organisation means, the registrant is a member in one of the ANQ member organisations.

 - Pre-conference workshop on 4th Nov 2025 can accommodate maximum 100 participants. Registration will be based on "first come first served basis"
 - Additional participants for Gala Dinner means spouse, colleagues, professional partners etc. accompanying the speaker/ delegate for the dinner only.
 - Registration to technical visit alone is not permitted. Maximum of 80 participants can be accomodated, hence booking closes based on "first come first served basis".
 
Note:
Registration Fee Inclusions
The Speaker/ Delegate Registration Fees include
- Participation fee as Speaker (one paper and one speaker) / Delegate as per registration
 - Participation as paper presenters (for registrants as Speakers) and listen to paper presentations
 - Congress Kit
 - In between tea/coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon and lunch on 5th & 6th November 2025
 - Gala Dinner on 6th evening (not applicable to Research Scholars, Post-graduate and Undergraduate students, Academia and Research Establishment)
 - Entry to the Exhibition
 - E-Certificate of Participation
 - Limited seats available for the Pre-conference seminars on 4th November. Registration is accepted only on first come first served basis.
 
Note: The registration fee to be paid includes taxes (GST) of 18% as applicable in India.
Registration Fee Does Not Include
- Airport Transfers/ travel to Congress venue and back
 - Accommodation
 - Visa fees, Travel insurance etc.
 
Refund Policy
- Change in Speaker may be allowed in case of the registered speaker is unable to join due to unavoidable circumstances based on mutual discussion. The suggested alternate speaker should be from the team/ authors of the paper registered. The change is permissible till September 15, 2025. (Organising committee is not responsible for organising travel documents) Please write to anqcongress2025@gmail.com with a copy to info@isqnet.org on such change requests.
 - While cancellations are discouraged after registration, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If a registrant is unable to attend, a refund of 50% of the basic fees paid (excluding GST) will be issued for cancellations made before September 15, 2025. Please write to info@isqnet.org with a copy to isforq@gmail.com for such requests.
