Abstract Submission Guidelines – ANQ2025
Template and Instructions for Abstract Preparation
Participants submitting abstracts for ANQ2025 must strictly adhere to the
following formatting and submission instructions to ensure uniformity and
consistency in the conference proceedings:
Please submit your abstracts after pre-approval from the respective ANQ member organisation in your region. Please click this link for details regarding ANQ member organisations, https://anforq.org/organization/member-organizations/index.php
Title Formatting:
- The title should be formatted using Title Case, i.e., capitalize all nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. Do not capitalize articles (a, an, the), coordinating conjunctions (and, but, or, for, nor), and prepositions (in, on, at, etc.) unless they are the first or last word of the title. (Font: Times New Roman, Font Size: 14 pt, Alignment: Center, Single Spacing)
Author(s) Information:
- List authors in the order of: First Name followed by Surname (e.g., Author A1, Author B2, Author C3)
- Use a superscript numbering system to indicate affiliation. An asterisk (*) should denote the corresponding author (Font: Times New Roman, Font Size: 11 pt, Alignment: Center)
Affiliation Details:
- Include full organizational affiliation with: Organization Name, Address, City, Province, and Zip Code (Font: Times New Roman, Font Size: 10 pt, Alignment: Center)
- The abstract should summarize the contents of the paper and should contain at least 200 and at most 350 words not exceeding 1 page (A4 page)
- The submitted abstract must be clear, concise, and well agree with the conference template to obtain the consistent form with other papers; therefore, it can be collected in the conference proceedings uniformly It should be specified in a 10 point font size.
- There should be two blank (10point) lines before and after the abstract and File format should be PDF
Keywords:
- Include a maximum of five (5) keywords, separated by commas (Font: Times New Roman, Font size: 10, Alignment: Justify, Single spacing)
